Why should we hire you to do our training? We already get training through our payroll or other service provider.
Training provided through a payroll or other service provider is seldom customized to the specific needs or challenges of your organization. Participants may not pay attention or may leave a session feeling like they wasted their time. Those training sessions are typically pre- recorded or conducted by individuals who are not experts in Leadership Development or Human Resources.
By working with Susan Russo HR, you will gain the opportunity to discuss the needs and hot buttons unique to your organization and specific teams. Content will include a blend of relevant academia and real world examples relatable to your organization. Training through Susan Russo HR can be conducted onsite or virtually and will be highly engaging regardless of the format decided upon. Participants will be excited to learn and will leave each session feeling
energized with tangible takeaways.
How big should my training group be?
You can decide on the size of your audience for each training session, but it’s important to know that as the size of the group increases, the amount of participation from each person will decrease. For very large groups, keynote speaking by Susan Russo HR may be a more effective option. We can discuss your unique needs and goals in more detail.
Is onsite training better than virtual training? What if I want to offer both types of training?
Both modes can be highly effective. Virtual training delivered by an engaging, interactive trainer can be just as impactful and insightful as onsite training. Susan Russo HR offers onsite as well as virtual training options.
How often should we offer training to our employees?
Studies show that high performing employees enjoy learning and are more likely to stay with
employers who invest in their learning and development. In general, learning should be ongoing. The frequency of your training should be determined by the needs and goals of your business. We can work together to determine a training plan that works best for your organization.
